What is the importance and value of authentic communication with alumni during the crisis?

Why should your communications reflect your school’s values, ethos and culture, and how can schools can stay in touch even while working remotely.

In this webinar, developed specifically for schools and alumni societies in the UK and overseas, CCS will discuss the importance and value of authentic communication as the foundation on which long-term alumni engagement and contributions are built.

Co-Chair, Peter Jakobek, Asssistant Head, Alumni & Events, Bristol Grammar School said, “We are delighted that strategic advisors in our sector, CCS, have kindly agreed to host this complementary webinar for AROPS. Now, more than ever, our relationships with alumni will demonstrate our school’s values, ethos and culture. But staying engaged has never been more challenging, so we thank CCS for sharing their expertise.”

Co-host, Eibhlin Morley, Corporate Vice President, CCS, said: “Educational institutions across the globe are seeking guidance on how to proceed during this time of uncertainty. CCS is delighted to partner with AROPS to offer practical advice on navigating a path through this crisis.”

Eibhlín Morley and Helen McIlveen have extensive experience supporting schools and alumni communities in the UK, Ireland and internationally. They, and CCS, have worked with school leaders, development offices and committed volunteers to develop programmes of engagement, raising tens of millions in support of capital and programmatic priorities.
