AROPS (The Alumni Society) AGM 2024

Dear Alumni representative,

AROPS is pleased to announce that their 2024 AGM will be held at Queen’s Gate School, London, SW7 5LE.

Date: Thursday 14 November 2024 - 5:00PM for 5:30PM start
 

The AGM is open to all members but please book a ticket via our events page to help with the planning.

The Annual Dinner will follow the meeting at 7:00PM, details below.

As usual, guests will be very welcome to both the meeting and dinner, however as space is limited, should we be oversubscribed, then preference will need to be given to members rather than guests, so we urge you to get your applications in quickly please! 

In any case, the closing date for applications is Friday November 1st. 

The AGM Agenda, the Minutes of the 2023 AGM, and the AROPS accounts will be released in due course on the website, and sent to all attendees.

We are aware that there will be upcoming vacancies on the Committee and would welcome nominations/volunteers to join us. Please do this via email to arops@arops.org.uk with any other AOB that you might wish to raise.

We do hope you can join us at this important meeting.

ANNUAL DINNER

Dinner reservation can be made for up to 2 persons by booking online here. The cost of the dinner will be £60 per head and must be paid in full in advance. Reservations without payment will not be accepted.
