This meeting will run from 10am to 2pm and include a light buffet lunch with refreshments during the day and an optional tour of the school at the end.

Retaining alumni affinity for the school
How can our communications, events and engagement resonate with alumni whilst acknowledging
the change and challenges within their alma mater.

11.40 – Open discussion
An opportunity to share, ask for advice, brainstorm ideas and experiences of ways to include
alumni, parents, friends, staff and pupils in ensuring and enhancing the school’s future.
12.40 - Presentation by SDS on how archives can be a catalyst for alumni relations.
13.00 - Buffet and an opportunity to network with other schools and societies.
13.45 (approx.) Depart or there may be an opportunity to briefly tour the school.
