This year Rugby School proudly celebrates 50 Years of Girls, a milestone that invites us to reflect on the progress made in creating an inclusive and balanced learning environment for students.

One area where this progress is particularly evident is within the teaching of STEM subjects: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Traditionally, these disciplines have been viewed as male-dominated, both at school and professional levels. Yet at Rugby, the presence and influence of female teachers in STEM are a powerful reminder of how far we have come in challenging those assumptions.
